There’s no job too dirty for us

as there’s also no area too spacious for us to spruce it up…

Q:  Are there any premises area limitations for your services?

A:  Basically, we have no restrictions whatsoever for the total area that we will need to be cleaning up…

In short, as we’re servicing both commercial and private clients, we’re used to working on big areas and we have a big enough staff size to accept absolutely any order!

Q:  Do you offer outdoors cleaning?

A:  Sometimes we do, but it is rather an exception out of the rules.

Hence, when it comes to doing the cleanup for large office buildings or vast warehouse facilities, we are open to doing some outdoor cleaning as well.
However, it is an extra charge.
The same goes for the Deep Cleaning service for individual clients when it comes to cleaning up the yard and garage areas in their houses…

Q:  Are you fully insured and bonded?

A:  Just to take this issue off the table at once, we can assure you, that both our company and all and each of our staff members is fully insured and bonded.

Please contact us via the email, in case you want us to send you the verifying certificates of insurance before you hire us…
It is important to work with companies that are insured and bonded to make sure you protect your family’s’ most valued assets.

Q:  Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?

A:  It is not obligatory that you are present at the time of cleaning, although of course, you’re welcome to be.

A majority of our customers (who most often are our regular customers) trust our brand as far as giving our cleaning specialists the door keys and the security alarm codes…
It goes without saying, that we take this very seriously and we guard your security at all times!

Q:  Do you offer an ecologically friendly cleaning?

A:  Absolutely!

In fact, we’ve always offered a unique, eco-friendly green cleaning service!
That one will be a perfect pick for businesses or individuals, who are looking for affordable, eco-friendly cleaning that doesn’t sacrifice cleanliness in order to be environmentally friendly.

Q:  Will I always have the same house cleaner?

A:  It is absolutely optional…

Quite often some clients think, that if they were satisfied with how good the previous cleaning was, they need to book that same person for that same level of quality, which is an option that we do offer.
However, it is vitally important to understand, that we’ve got one universal and a company-wide set of quality standards!
That means that you can trust a cleaning to each and every of our specialists!

Q:  What if something is my home gets damaged by your worker?

A:  In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. All our employees are fully insured to guarantee the safety of your possessions.

Q:  What training does your staff go through?

A:  Each and every of our cleaning company’s staff members undergoes both classroom training as well as on the job training.

We make sure that the people we are sending out into the field to complete these jobs have a full knowledge of our products and how to use them. Also, we have a quality assurance team of our own!
